- Lenders will get very close to what your future payment will be…let’s stay in that price range.
- Drive around the areas, go see the homes you’re interested in, prioritize them and/or weed them out.
- Sellers appreciate/need notice when we they show their home. Let’s give them as much notice as possible.
- Sellers pay both REALTOR® fees! The Listing REALTOR® is most likely a friend or theirs, so you need someone on your side (us!) to represent you. You don’t pay for us. Most people don’t understand this so please call if you have questions or want to talk further.
